Natural Family Planning Methods
All methods taught below vary by observing either one or more of the following: cervical mucus (CM), basal body temperature (BBT), cervical position, and hormone testing through urine (Lh, Estrogen through Clear Blue Monitor). Please reach out to teachers on the contact tab or use the links below to learn more about a specific method to decide which one is the best practice for your fertility and health goals.
